Sam sulek is a new name in fitness sedulity. Sam Sulek was born on February 7, 2002 in the municipality of Delaware, in the American state of Ohio. He’s 180 cm weighs 108 kg and is 21 Year old. Sam’s wheel sign is Aquarius and he has an aged family and a youthful family. 

 In parallel, Sam opened accounts on TikTok and YouTube in July 2022. On TikTok, he first attracted attention with short fitness vids. On YouTube, he shared longer vids of his exercises

Sam Sulek Back Workout

1. Single arm lat pull down – he starts his first 3 sets with this exercise and try to contract the lats with a hold of 1 sec he performs 10 to 12 reps in one set

2. Machine rows – then he performs 3 sets of machine rowing to contract the upper part of the back to focus on the growth of upper back he performs 8 to 10  reps with full stack . 

Single arm cable rowing

3. Single arm cable rowing – then he perform 2 set of cable rowing with single arm to contract the outer lats with some heavy weight for about 10 to 12 reps .he more tries to make mind muscle connection during workout.

4. Single arm cable push down – then he do 2 sets of single arm cable pull down along with superset of cable rowing  . Here he end his back workout and move to check the pump and get back to train the rear delts 

Peck rear flies

5. peck rear flies – after finishing his back workout he perform more like 8 sets of peck flies for some 12 to 15 reps . He fully distroys his rear delts and end his workout .
